Merry Christmas to all of my blog visitors

Door allerlei omstandigheden ben ik de laatste maanden bijna niet meer aan hobby en mijn blog toegekomen, hopelijk heb ik daar vanaf januari weer meer tijd voor.

Met deze kaart wil ik in ieder geval al mijn blog bezoekers een heel fijn Kerstfeest toewensen en voor het nieuwe jaar veel gezondheid, geluk en natuurlijk creativiteit.

No time for crafting/geen tijd voor hobby.....

Hallo blogbezoekers, even laten weten dat ik een poosje geen tijd voor hobby heb.  Ik heb mijn handen vol aan deze kleine meid.

Hello my blogfriends, I want to let you know that I have no time for crafting for a while, I am very busy with this little girl.

Ze heet Truus, een lekkere Hollandse naam, is 7 weken oud, vreselijk slim en super lief, maar ook lekker ondeugend en we houden al heel veel van haar. 

Jullie begrijpen vast wel dat zij momenteel even mijn nieuwste hobby is, lol

Her name is Truus, a real Dutch name, she is 7 weeks now, very smart and so cute, but she's also naughty and we just love her already.

I think you will understand that this is my new hobby for the moment, lol.

Orange

Oranje is deze maand de kleur bij ECIU en dat viel nog even niet mee, maar is toch gelukt.

Orange is the color at ECIU this month and it was not as easy as I first thought,but evnetually made this card.

In de nieuwe Craft Stamper stond een achtergrond, gemaakt met masking tape (ik heb papier plakband gebruikt), stukjes op karton plakken en dan met distress stains kleuren.  Dat heb ik bij deze kaart uitgeprobeerd en het resultaat vind ik zelf erg leuk geworden.

Daarna een grote tekststempel als achtergrond gestempeld met Brillance lightning black en wat rondjes gestempeld met distress inkt, omcirkeld met een ZIG calligraphy pen.

Touw met distress stain gekleurd en daar 2 vlindertjes aan gehangen.

Op de kaart zelf ook 3 vlinders, uitgeprint, bewerkt met embossing pen en clear embossingpoeder, wat helaas door de scan niet te zien is.

Als laatste de tekst nog gestempeld.

In the new Craft Stamper they showed a background, made with masking tape (I used paper tape), place pieces on cardstock, then color it with distress stains. I've tried it with this card and I have to say I like the result.

 After using a great sentiment stamp as background, stamped with Brillance  lightning black, I placed some rounds stamped with distress ink, surrounded by a ZIG calligraphy pen.
Colored the rope with distress stain  and hang 2 butterflies on it.

On the card itself also 3 butterflies, printed, used a embossing pen to ink them and after that embossed them with  clear embossing powder,which unfortunately the scan does not show.
To finish it, I stamped the text on it.

zwart/wit en één kleur

Bij de Stempeldiva's hebben we iedere maand een nieuwe challenge voor de clubhome page.

Voor de maand september is het zwart/wit en één kleur en dit is mijn bijdrage.

LIM 79 Bleu & Green

Deze week is de uitdaging bij LIM blauw en groen.

Gisteren viel de nieuwe Craft Stamper op de mat en deze maand is de gratis stempel ontworpen door Chrissie, dus ik dacht dat het wel leuk zou zijn om deze stempel voor de uitdaging van deze week te gebruiken.

Sport

Bij SPA willen ze deze week graag een sport kaart zien, maar ja, ik heb niks met sport, dus maar een Olympische kaart gemaakt.

At SPA they like to see a sport card this week, well, sport is not my thing ;), so I made an Olympic card.

De achtergrond gemaakt met Dylusions spray inkt, in de kleuren van de Olympische ringen, de plaatjes van internet en een aantal sporten met de hand geschreven.

The background is made with Dylusions spray ink and I used the colors of the Olympic rings, the images are from the internet and around the globe I wrote some of the Olympic sports.

Een zomerkaart gemaakt voor de seizoenen swap bij de Stempeldiva's.

De stempel is van Michael Powell en ingekleurd met distress inkt en markers.

De achtergrond met pan pastels gemaakt.

Warning.....

Verjaardagskaart gemaakt die vandaag op plaats van bestemming is aangekomen, dus ik kan hem laten zien.
En deze week is het "what do you say" bij Simon Says Stamps, volgens mij zegt deze tekst genoeg, lol.

Made this birthday card which was deliverd today, so I can show him now. And this week Simon Says Stamps wants to know "what do you say", so I think this card will say it all, lol.

De achtergrond is gemaakt met Dylusions spray ink met daarover heen een dunne laag gesso.

De man is een stempel van Art Journey en de swirl was een gratis stempel bij de Craft Stamper.

Nog wat rondjes met witte inkt en wat witte lijnen bij de swirl gezet en als laatste de tekst, een stempel van Stampers Anonymous.

Made this background with Dylusions spray ink, covered with a thin layer of gesso.

The image of the man is a stamp from Art Journey and the swirl was a free stamp from the Craft Stamper.

Placed some white dots with a template and some white lines on the swirls with a signo pen.

To finish it, I placed the sentiment, which is a stamp from Stampers Anonymous.

Another "girly" page

Ik heb nog een "girly" page gemaakt voor de Simon Says Stamps challenge.

De achtergrond is bij deze met gesso/acrylverf, zomaar wat kleuren gepakt en smeren maar.

Wat rondjes en stempeltjes gezet en de image, ook weer een Suzi Blu, apart gestempeld, "aangekleed" met design paper en op de page geplakt.

I made another "girly" page for the Simon Says Stamps challenge.

This time the background is made with gesso/acrylpaint.

Put some circles and little stamps on it and the image, also a Suzi Blu stamp, is "dressed up" with design paper.

De challenge bij Stampotique is deze keer een tekst eruit laten springen.

Deze tekst vind ik zo geweldig leuk dat ik hem op de tag heb gebruikt.

De achtergrond is gemaakt met dylusions spray inkt en de stempels natuurlijk van Stampotique.

Helaas komen de kleuren door de foto een stuk fletser over dan ze in het echt zijn.

Bij Simon Says Stamps willen ze iets meisjesachtigs en wat is er nou meer meisjesachtigs dan deze stempel en tekst, lol.

For this time the challenge at Stampotique is to use a sentiment.

I really love this sentiment, so I used it on this tag.

The background is made with dylusions spray ink and of course, the stamps used are from Stampotique.

Due to the photo, unfortunately the colors are not as bright as they are in real.

At Simon Says Stamps they ask for somthing girly and what can be more girly than this image and text, lol.

Hey girl....

dat is het onderwerp bij Simon Says Stamps deze week.

Ik vond deze art journal page daar wel heel erg bij passen.

I thought this art journal page looks girly enough, lol.

De achtergrond gemaakt met pan pastels, de rand stempel van Dyan Reavely, de image van Unity stamps.  De overige stempels zijn van diverse merken.

Verder nog wat blokjes getekend en ingekleurd en de tekst is ook een stempel van Dyan.

I used pan pastels for making the background, the border stamp as well as the text are from Dyan Reavely. The other stamps used are from different brands.

Furthermore I have drawn some squares and colored them.

weer eens een tag gemaakt

Bij Simon Says Stamps hebben ze deze week geen regels, dus maar weer eens een tag gemaakt.

At Simon Says Stamps they have no rules this week, so I made this tag.

De tag uitgestansed van kraft resist karton, gesponsed met distress inkt en wat tissue tape geplakt. 

De klok bewerkt met platinum embossing poeder.

De tickets uitgestansed, gesponsed en voorzien van tekst.

Het ABC is een stukje van een design vel.

Tot slot een metalen hoek, bloemen en lint om het geheel af te maken.

First I used the Tim Holtz die and kraft resist paper for the tag.

Used distress ink to color the tag and placed some pieces of paper tissue tape.

Embossed the clock with platinum embossing powder.

Used a die for the tickets and finished the tag with a metal ribbon, corner, flowers and the ABC strip, which is a part from a design paper.

Sewing and stitches

Voor 2 challenges, zowel voor LIM als voor Art Journey is het deze keer "sewing" en "steekjes".

These cards are for 2 challenges, LIM and Art Journey, the recipe for both is "sewing" and "stitches".

Voor beide kaarten heb ik Art Journey stempels gebruikt, de tekst op de onderste kaart "sewing with love", heb ik zelf geschreven.

For both cards I used Art Journey stamps and the text on the 2nd card "stitched with love" is my own handwriting.

3 of everything.......

Voor de challenge van LIM deze week moet de kaart 1 laag zijn en van alles 3 stuks gebruiken,  3 stempels, 3 kleuren, etc.

Dus ik dacht, dan ook maar 3 kaarten, lol.

For this weeks challenge at LIM the card should be 1 layer and we have to use everything 3 times, 3 stamps, 3 colors, etc.

So I thought, why not also 3 cards, lol.
